Cali May is a Ballerina!

Here are some shots from yesterdays photo shoot :) She did a good job, but gets tired pretty quickly of strangers now.

Guess Who Sat up on their own!!!

Cali May that's who :) Our beautiful baby sat up on her floor today. I set her down to play with her toys and she didn't plop to the side like she normally does, she sat there for quite a long time. That is until she looked straight up at the light and lost her balance. The funniest thing that she is doing now is slapping her leg. She will smack her leg over and over and kick her feet. IF she can't get to her leg she smacks whatever she can, my arm, my head, Daddy's head :) She is a little over 6 months old and doing so well!!!

Baby New Year say "Happy belated New Year!!!"

We are excited that we are already into the new year. Cali May is going to be 6 months old on January 16th. We will be getting some really cute pictures of Cali May and her daddy done so look forward to seeing those!!!!

Baby's First Meal

After much research and then more research, we fed Princess Cali for the first time tonight. She is almost 6 months old and was reaching for our plates. She did so well! When I put the spoon to her mouth and she opened her mouth to eat :) She had about 1 tbsp of food :) I don't know if any even went down her throat but she def. tasted it and had a good time.

Snow Day!!!

We are spending Christmas break in Michigan and it snowed (imagine that). This is the first time that Cali has seen or been out in the snow! My Mom has a baby sled so Cali got a sled ride. She had such a great time, smiling and enjoying the ride!!! Happy New Year everyone!

Christmas is in 12 days!!!

We finally decorated the Christmas tree today. Between my being sick and then Cali May being sick, we have not decorated :) Cali's tree has been up but the big tree did not have any ornaments on it until today. The house should be done tomorrow, just in time to clean it up for next year...hahahaha. This is Cali May hanging her first ornament!!!

I just wanted to post this adorable picture!

We bought Cali a 6ft white tree for her bedroom and put it up this evening, it doesn't have ornaments yet but she loves the lights! We have bought those, but we needed a costume change for those pics :) We will take those later on!
